The Absolute Best Value
In MMA Training
No matter how much you love MMA, it can be difficult to find the time or money to train as hard as you want.
- Gyms have limited hours or might be too far away
- Seminars & private lessons can be expensive
- Books & DVD can't give you feedback to your questions
This program is not for you if
- You are currently training at a MMA school and are receiving daily instruction from a fighter that has fought in the UFC or a coach that has trained UFC fighters, the highest level of mixed martial arts competition.
- You are able to make it to as many group classes as you like, have absolutely no time for extra training and have already developed an ultra solid striking and ground movement fundamental skill set.
- You don't have the time to invest a just a few hours per week to become a mixed martial artist and enjoy all of the great benefits that doing so would bring to you.
- You are planning on starting your training very soon and don't feel that having a solid understanding of the most important fundamental MMA techniques beforehand will help you out very much.
- That's great because learning MMA can be an extremely tough task. It takes a lot of detailed instruction and you need to learn things in a very specific order starting with the basics.
Master the basics first and you will never, ever have to go back and waste a ton of time trying to fix any bad habits. Notice how I said "trying". Unfortunately, some people are never able to fully fix things and that severely limits their ability to grow as a mixed martial artist. You can save yourself a ton of time and an insane amount of effort by starting your training the right way.
Tons of Technique without Structure
Some guys are creating websites that share techniques, drills and tips but without a well structured training system designed with the intent of building your skills from the ground up, there is absolutely no way that you will retain what they are showing. In fact, the more techniques they post up, the more confusing it gets.
Training with an instructor to guide you along the way is crucial. However, jumping into a group class setting when you begin training isn't always the best way to learn.
Some instructors find teaching the basics boring and seem to always be showing the newest and coolest techniques in class. That type of an instructor will not help you get the results you're looking for.
Also, in a large group setting, an instructor is often forced to teach you things beyond your level because there are students with much more experience than you in the class as well.
In the worst case scenario, an instructor may never have mastered the basics themself. Without a doubt, it will be impossible for them to teach you how to do it.
Unfortunately, after signing a three-fight deal with the UFC and having a great first fight in the organization versus Josh Koscheck, my career was cut-short by post concussion syndrome which was brought on by a lifetime of contact sports. With my wife and kids to think about I decided --one of the toughest choices I've ever had to make-- to stop fighting, and focus my efforts solely on coaching. I am very excited to help others achieve their own personal mixed martial arts goals whether that be to get into great shape, to gain confidence or to become a world champion in the sport.
I feel extremely fortunate to have spent the last 20 years teaching martial arts to those looking to learn. It's been the only job I've ever had to have thanks to my dad who was a three time Canadian Kickboxing Champ and founder of our martial arts school that opened up way back in the 1960's. I began teaching full time for him during my late teenage years. It's been a great life!
Over the years I've coached and worked with many professional fighters. Recently I was the head coach for 14 time UFC veteran, Spencer "The King" Fisher's UFC 120 training camp. I lived in Spencer's basement for six weeks, working with him several times per day in preparation for his fight in London, England vs. Kurt Warburton. He won that fight by unanimous decision and afterwards received personal congratulations from UFC president Dana White and UFC match maker Joe Silva on his fantastic performance.
There's Absolutely No Need To Learn the Way That I Did...
Since the day, sometime back in 1994, when I made the decision to transform myself from a karate/kick boxer into a mixed martial artist –which turned out to be one of the best decisions I’ve ever made–, I’ve spent tens of thousands of dollars travelling to many different training camps and seminars, taking countless private lessons with a variety of different instructors, and competing in some of the biggest and most prestigious martial arts competitions in the world.
I ended up hitting many unnecessary training pitfalls throughout my career that could have been avoided but unfortunately MMA training was so new back then that nobody had a proven game plan for success.
I would often find myself off track, having to regroup, reassess and make adjustments to my training schedule, still never quite sure if I was covering all the necessary elements to make it to the top of the game, the UFC.
In my last 2 years of my professional fighting career I realized that I had been doing things right for a very long time. It was then that I achieved my two biggest goals: Winning a world championship belt at the APEX Fighting Championship and fighting in the UFC (Ultimate Fighting Championship) on Spike TV for UFC Fight Night.
The great thing is that you can do this entire training program solo and don't need or have to depend on a partner showing up to train with you. It's just you and I, working together to turn you into a mixed martial artist!. No equipment needed other than a little open space, a stop watch and a jump rope.
When you follow this program, you'll develop many skills: solid footwork, punching and kicking ability, a strong grasp of the most important basic techniques and vital solo ground movements that will prepare you for partner training in the future, all to help you develop a well rounded skill set and get the quick start you're looking for into the game of mixed martial arts.
You'd need to spend years studying all this stuff to get it all right. Luckily for you, I've spent those years studying and testing everything out and have put this program together for you incorporating everything you need to master the basics of MMA as quickly as possible.
It's Time for You to Discover How to Get
What I'm about to share with you is a comprehensive program on how to develop solid MMA skill in a very short period of time. I'm talking punching skill, kicking, knee striking skill, and a fundamental knowledge of takedown entries and ground movements, all of which can be practiced solo.
Off to the Best Start in Your MMA Training
I've discovered these techniques and training methods through twenty years of competition, tens of thousands of hours spent training, and trial and error --where failure meant getting punched, kicked or choked-- to see which techniques work best and what should be thrown away. I'm making every one of these methods available ot you so that you can focus on training, not studying how to train Don't WASTE Any More Time Trying to Figure Things Out Yourself
How much is it worth to you to have the confidence to join the local MMA gym or to live everyday with the confidence of knowing that you have the tools to really defend yourself.I charge $150 for an hour session of one-on-one time with me, and I can't even come close to providing all of this info in one hour.It would take me at least 18 sessions to get through the info, which would cost you more than $2000, and that's if you're a quick learner.I've invested thousands of dollars in my quest to become a world champion and to make it to the highest level of MMA competition, spent nearly 30 years training and competing in many different martial arts, and hundreds of hours putting this program together to make it as simple and complete as possible.I could easily charge over a few hundred dollars for this program, simply because this program contains absolutely everything you need to know to get off to the best start to your mixed martial arts training.
After following this program for just 12 weeks I think you'll feel that the program is absolutely priceless.
